Joining the vibrant atmosphere of the New Year, VNTH teachers, students, and parents participated in the Bếp Lửa – Tết Việt Xưa Festival on Friday, January 24, 2025. This special occasion brought us together to honor Vietnam’s cultural roots and celebrate traditional values through unique and meaningful activities.
The festival space was adorned with colorful and sparkling Tet-themed corners, perfect for check-in photos. Artistic performances by students added to the lively, festive atmosphere of spring. Notably, activities like making Đông Hồ paintings, crafting tò he figurines, or weaving grasshoppers from coconut leaves allowed students to explore the beauty of Vietnam’s folk culture while creating opportunities for family bonding through meaningful moments.
This year’s event is especially highlighted by the enthusiastic participation and support of Ms. Minh Trang, parent of Minh Minh, a Year 3 student, with the aspiration to accompany Viet Nam Tinh Hoa in becoming the pioneering primary school to introduce the traditional áo dài uniform – a truly unprecedented source of pride!
The festival was not just a playground but also a vibrant lesson for students to learn about national traditions, fostering pride and love for their homeland. Through such events, VNTH aspires to build a united community where Vietnamese culture is cherished and preserved for generations to come.
✨ Let’s treasure the unforgettable memories from the Bếp Lửa – Tết Việt Xưa Festival with VNTH, and welcome a New Year filled with joy, success, and happiness!
