Ms. Erika Wilkins is a senior leadership team member at Vietnam Tinh Hoa and the Head of Inclusion & Language Development. With over a decade of experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) support, she has worked with primary and secondary schools across the globe.

Holding a Master’s degree in Special Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, and advanced certifications in psychology and play therapy, Ms Erika is committed to supporting students with special educational needs, including dyslexia, ADHD, and autism. Beyond delivering tailored teaching approaches, she continually develops personalised strategies to help each student reach their full potential.
